RCC and Custom Built Computers
All custom built computers come with a 15 day Return Policy from date of invoice. All custom built computers are fully tested before they are shipped. They come with a 90 day limited warranty on parts and labor..
Hardware
All hardware is subject to the Manufacturer warranty and if found to be defective it is subject to the Manufacturer warranty and must be returned to the Manufacturer for replacement.
Software
If defective, opened software is returnable within 30 days of invoice date for exchange for the same software title only.
